Amanda grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and always complained how much she hated the cold weather there. This is what lead her to move to Florida as soon as she graduated from college with a Hospitality degree, even though she didn’t know anyone who lived near her in Orlando. Amanda started her career working for Disney and realized how much she loved Florida and being in the sunshine year-round! Currently, she works for the online travel company Expedia and gets to do all kinds of fun things for work. Outside of her job, she has found a passion for training for triathlons. She spends 5-6 days a week training, which includes swimming, biking, running, strength training, and any other fun physical activity she can find. She loves being outside, on the water, and taking tons of photos, especially with her GoPro!
